Experience
Philippe joined DTZ Investors in 2004 and is the Director of Asset Management in France.
Prior to joining DTZ Investors Philippe was head of property management at the listed company SFL. He began his career with the Bouygues group where he was an operations manager for 4 years. In 1993 he joined Mutavie Real Estate where he was in charge of acquisition and real estate development.
Philippe has a range of experience including:
- Asset management, repositioning and development;
- Asset disposal;
- Debt restructuring.
Professional Qualifications
Philippe is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
Degree
Philippe has an MBA in finance from HEC and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Nantes.
