Experience

Ben joined DTZ Investors in 2017 and works across several of the UK funds. He began his career working at ROM Capital, a bespoke investment house based in Canary Wharf, before moving to Fairacre Property in 2012. There he worked closely alongside high net worth individuals, private equity partners, UK institutions and lenders to acquire real estate and drive business plan performance.

Ben’s core competencies are in the strategic management of multi-sector UK property funds including:

Active portfolio management;
Sourcing, underwriting and delivering acquisitions;
Identification and implementation of value-add asset management;
Strategic portfolio analysis and reporting;
Disposals.

Professional qualification

Ben qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2011.

Degree

Ben achieved a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Exeter before completing a Masters in European Real Estate at Kingston University.
