We are proud to confirm that Springfield Quay in Glasgow has won a trio of awards at the recent Scottish Hospitality Awards and Scottish Entertainment Awards.

• Scotland’s Best Shopping / Entertainment Complex
• Scotland’s Best Cinema Experience
• Scotland’s Best Family Venue

The scheme also secured special highly commended awards in the categories of Scotland’s Best Hospitality Employer and Scotland’s Best Entertainment Venue.  Furthermore, the Odeon Luxe cinema was highlighted as a top 3 highest performing cinema in their UK portfolio.

Springfield Quay is a prime city centre leisure asset which DTZ Investors acquired in 2015.  The scheme has benefitted since from significant investment to enhance the physical environment and quality of customer experience whilst key lease re-gears have been secured with Odeon, Hollywood Bowl, Mecca Bingo, Ibis Hotel and Nando’s.  Adding to those successes, we continue to evolve the restaurant mix which now boasts a diverse food offer and we are exploring wider opportunities to further cement Springfield Quay’s reputation as a leading UK leisure venue.
