DTZ Investors Completes an A+ Refurbishment of Unit 2, Prince Mead Place in Trafford Park

DTZ Investors has successfully completed a comprehensive refurbishment of Unit 2, Prince Mead Place, a 24,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester.

 

The refurbishment features a 73 KWP roof-mounted photovoltaic system, generating 61,000 KWh of renewable energy annually, and reducing carbon emissions by c.8,289kg per year. The property now boasts an EPC A+ rating, achieving net zero status in line with DTZ Investors’ net zero carbon framework.

 

Internal upgrades include modernised office space, energy-efficient LED lighting, VRF heating and cooling systems, and full redecoration.
