DTZ Investors is proud to see Printworks confirmed amongst the finalists for three prestigious awards at The Revo’s in December. The award categories are:

• Best Asset Management Initiative
• Best Repurposing & Placemaking Project
• Technology Innovation

Revo shines a spotlight on outstanding talent across the retail, leisure, and placemaking property sectors with Printworks being recognised for its digitally-led refurbishment which relaunched in March 2024.  The works saw Printworks transform inside and out with technology unlocking unrivalled operational control of the physical environment.  In response to evolving leisure trends, DTZ Investors' vision sought to create a best-in-class customer experience with an immersive and interactive environment centred around Europe’s largest ceiling screen alongside other design innovations.  Printworks recognises the need for a strong symbiotic relationship between landlord and tenant in this large multi-let leisure scheme, playing an active and continual role in its placemaking.  The strong tenant-mix caters to both daytime family-friendly and evening entertainment uses and the digital screens have already seen Printworks work with global partners in the entertainment world including Universal, Paramount and Amazon Prime.
