DTZ Investors has disposed of Riverfield Drive, Bedford, a newly fitted-out solus retail warehouse unit extending to 36,140 sq ft to Pears Property for £6.4m, representing an initial yield of 5.3%.
The property is single let to FTSE 100 company B&M Retail Limited for a further 13 years at a rent of £361,400 p.a.
