Waterway Park is top of the glass for Pilkington
DTZ Investors has completed a new lease at Unit 8, Waterway Park, to Pilkington Automotive, one of the world’s most successful automotive glazing providers. The 15,879 sq ft unit has been let on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £10.95 per sq ft. This new lease completes a successful run of lettings at the estate, with Kings Road Tyres and Jongor Hire recently taking occupation. This latest letting now leaves just one unit available at Waterway Park.
