DTZ Investors achieve record rents at Clerkenwell Road

Following practical completion of works in January, DTZ Investors have successfully completed four new lettings at 80 Clerkenwell Road. The leases have been signed on five year terms with rents ranging from £70 psf to £72.50 psf. These rents reflect both the quality of the specification and the strength of the location.
