DTZ Investors set a new rental tone on Tech City Purchase

DTZ Investors have set a new rental tone at 140 Old Street, London. The property was acquired by DTZ Investors as part of the Tech City Portfolio in November 2014. Following a comprehensive refurbishment a rent of £60 per sq ft (an uplift of 45% from the previous passing rent) has been agreed with Spotless Interactive. Jonathan Franks at Richard Susskind was the leasing agent on this instruction.
