DTZ Investors secures planning consent for Mayfair residential scheme
DTZ Investors have secured planning permission for the demolition of 65 Curzon St, Mayfair and redevelopment to provide eight storeys of accommodation, with an additional three levels of basement. The scheme includes 32 residential apartments and the creation of a ground floor arcade linking Stratton Street and Curzon Street to be used as restaurant/retail space. There will be secure underground parking for 21 cars.
