DTZ Investors have completed on the refurbishment of 44 Whitfield Street. The building provides 11,500 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation over ground and five upper floors and is currently being marketed by our sole leasing agent Andrew Okin and Sean Cunningham at Edward Charles & Partners (020 7009 2300)
