The project comprised of a comprehensive repositioning of a vacant retail property in central Bath.
Acquired in December 2011 the development angle meant that it offered a higher return than you would usually expect for such a core market.
We extensively re-worked the internal space to provide two prime retail units and a restaurant unit on the ground floor, with the upper parts converted for office and residential use.
The scheme soon let-up post completion, enabling us to achieve a 27% uplift in value over the first two years of ownership.
