DTZ Investors sign The Fold at 2 Royal Exchange Buildings, London

The Fold, a luxury womenswear brand, is to open at 2 Royal Exchange Buildings, its second London store, having entered into a new 5 year lease.

The unit at 2 Royal Exchange Buildings comprises a ground floor sales area and basement floor ancillary accommodation totalling 987 sq. ft. The subject premises occupies a prominent position opposite The Royal Exchange, between Threadneedle Street and Cornhill, in close proximity to Bank Underground station.

The Fold is an award-winning British brand focused on dressing the modern, professional woman. The womenswear brand was established 11 years ago and opened its flagship store in Chelsea in 2018. 
The Fold has created a modern and timeless retail space at 2 Royal Exchange Buildings and offers personal styling appointments with expert store stylists and a best-in-class alterations service – and can post the altered pieces directly to customers’ doors.
